STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION WORKSHOPS

On 11th of December 2023, at the Municipal Office in Żywiec, a training session was held for Municipal Office representatives, Municipal companies, and council members. During the session, participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the details of Development Strategy for Żywiec City for the years 2023-2030, with a particular emphasis on aspects of its implementation.

Monitoring, implementation, and execution of the Żywiec City Development Strategy for the years 2023-2030 required involvement of all stakeholders. It was an excellent opportunity for discussion and the exchange of experiences, as well as learning about the methods and tools which are necessary in the process of strategic management.

The training was conducted in a workshop format. Each workshop focused on presenting the strategy with an emphasis on its implementation and monitoring, through a detailed discussion of all relevant issues. Practical exercises were also included, allowing for the adaptation of strategic principles to specific departments and units within the City Office and its subordinate entities.
